On a technical note, I was able to successfully get WordPress (this blogging application) running on Windows 2003 Server by using the instructions from http://www.simmonsconsulting.com/wordpress/?p=164
Update: All the changes that are mentioned above have now been included into 1.5.1 which I downloaded and installed successfully on this server. Currently, You must checkout the latest files from the development source in order to get this version.
